The first couple illustration I painted was of Blake and I, oh, and Kona! We decided it would be fun to do a painted version of ourselves instead of a photograph for our Christmas cards last year. Having our little family in illustration form was pretty fun and I loved sending our cards to friends and family. 

Since last Christmas I’ve gotten a few illustration orders from Etsy. This is one of my favorite products to work on with clients because they are able to add so much personality in the details. We plan out their shirt colors, dress cuts, hairstyles, added text, and (my personal favorite) pets! 

These illustrations are a perfect wedding shower or anniversary gift. Once hanging, they have a way of making a house feel like home.
